Bow Wow Loses $1000 to Kobe Bryant

Posted by Jo$h on July 11, 2011

Why Bow even thought he stood a chance is hilarious. Kobe spotted him 10 points and still took it easily. As he should have though, since Bow Wow is only like 3 ft tall.

Ron Artest Postgame Interview After Triple Overtime Win

Posted by Jo$h on March 23, 2011

In typical Ron Artest fashion, the first thing he mentions after a triple overtime win is the fact that he’s late for his video shoot. Only Ron.

Oh yea…. the Lakers have only lost 1 game since the All Star break! Bring on the playoffs!

Jordan Brand x Ray Allen- Record Breaking (Video)

Posted by Just10 on February 11, 2011

Yesterday, Celtics guard Ray Allen reached and eclipsed the all time record for 3 pointers made in an NBA career. Jordan Brand decided to put together a little video (before it actually happened) discussing the Ray Allen’s achievement and how Jordan Brand has helped him reach it. The historic moment came against the rival Los Angeles Lakers and with the former record holder, retired guard Reggie Miller, calling the game! Ray Allen received a huge standing ovation from the Celtics crowd that included his wife and his mother who never miss a game and even congratulations from the Laker players for the achievement.

Luckily, the Lakers were able to come together in the second half and beat the Celtics, 92-86, and continue on their Grammy roadtrip with a 3-0 record.

I didn’t even cop the last cover yet featuring Rajon Rondo and Chris Paul. Being a Lakers fan (even amongst our recent struggles) I’ll definitely be copping this one.

Kobe Bryant’s Top 10 Plays (1997-98)

Posted by Jo$h on February 1, 2011

Leading up to All Star Weekend (In Los Angeles nonetheless) is releasing videos featuring Kobe Bryant’s top 10 plays from each year beginning in his second season. I think it’s dope that the NBA is digging in it’s archives because honestly I’ve only seen about half of these plays in various youtube compilations so now I’m looking forward to the upcoming videos.

This might look familiar for anyone watching the Lakers-Celtics game television the other day. This project is a short “film” that will release on All Star Weekend to coincide with Kobe Bryant being the first athlete to have his hand and feet imprinted at the Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

The Film stars Kobe Bryant, Bruce Willis, Danny Trejo and Kanye West.

Directed by Robert Rodriguez.
